Time to baby proof the house!!

Kayden turned 8 months old last week and she is all over the place! All she wants to do is crawl around and explore. Her favorite? Anything with an electrical cord! She got her first tooth two weekends ago and the others are surely coming in right after.


She is developing her own little personality and it is amazing to watch her blossom. Matt and I have truly been blessed.

This picture is Kayden petting her first horse at Lindsey and Jacob's wedding. She was totally fascinated!!

Matt has nicknamed her KK and Care Bear. My Dad likes to call her Sweet Pea and my Mom calls her Smiley, because she is always smiling. Mimi (Matt's Mom) calls her BooBoo. I call her Punkin and sweet baby girl. Despite all of her adorable nicknames, she does respond to her name when she is called. Thanks to Grammy she will now look and smile at the camera too!!

Brodie had his second birthday on July 13th and we got him two HUGE soup bones as his birthday present, he was in HEAVEN! Kayden and him are becoming best buds. They always have some special playtime first thing in the morning. Poor Kayden ends up with Brodie kisses all over her face, but she thinks it is hilarious!!

Stamps Baby #2 will be here in early February 2010. We are very excited to find out if we are having another little girl or if we will have a little Matty running around the house. We are simply praying for a happy and healthy baby. The doctors are monitoring me very closely and soon I will be at my twice weekly appointments again. The only good thing about being an extremely high risk pregnant woman is that you have an ultrasound every week, so you get to see your little one all the time :)
